Game App Not Installing or Login Failing?
Fix the most common game app problems: 'App not installed', parsing errors, apps stuck loading, missing OTP codes and login failures.

Few things are more annoying than an app that won't install or a login that keeps failing. This guide covers the most common problems with game apps on Android and in the browser, and how to fix each one.
Install problems
"App not installed"
- An older or different version may already be installed. Uninstall it and try again.
- Your storage may be full. Free up at least 100–200 MB.
- The APK may not match your phone's Android version. Check the requirements on the app page, for example on ZK777.
"There was a problem parsing the package"
The download is incomplete or corrupted. Delete the file, connect to stable Wi-Fi and download it again from the official site.
Install button doesn't respond
Screen-overlay apps such as chat bubbles, blue-light filters and screen recorders can block the button. Turn them off temporarily.
Play Protect blocks the install
Google warns about most apps from outside the Play Store. Only continue if you downloaded the file from the official site. Our safe APK guide explains how to check.
Loading problems
App stuck on the loading screen
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → [app] → Storage → Clear cache.
- Restart your phone.
- Update the app from the official site.
Web app shows a blank page
Clear your browser cache, update your browser or try another one. Chrome tends to be the most compatible on Android.
Login problems
Password not accepted
- Check Caps Lock and turn off autofill, which may be entering an old password.
- Use Forgot password instead of guessing. Repeated failures can lock the account temporarily.
OTP / SMS code not arriving
- Wait 60 seconds before requesting another code.
- Check your signal and that your SMS inbox isn't full.
- Make sure the number is in the same format you registered with.
- Some SMS-blocking or spam-filter apps hide verification messages. Check their folders.
Keeps logging you out
Your browser may be clearing cookies. Allow cookies for the app's site, and don't use private/incognito mode if you want to stay signed in.
When nothing works
Contact the app's support through the official site or app only. Never use a "support number" someone sent you, and never share your OTP during a support chat. See account security basics.
