Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using EarnPlayMax, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You're responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces.
• Workspace owners and admins decide who has access and what role each person has.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service — for example, to publish a post to the accounts you choose. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Connected platforms

When you connect YouTube, Facebook or Instagram, you also remain bound by those platforms' own terms and policies. They may change their features, limits or availability at any time, which can affect what EarnPlayMax is able to do. Publishing depends on those platforms accepting each post.

The AI assistant

The assistant suggests text, which may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Suggestions aren't published unless someone chooses them, and you're responsible for reviewing anything you publish. Workspace owners can turn the assistant off.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, or spam.
• Break the rules of the platforms you publish to.
• Access accounts or data you're not authorised to use, or try to bypass security or limits.
• Interfere with the service or use it to build a competing product by copying it.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.

Plans and changes

The service is free during early access and offered as it is. Plan limits apply to each workspace. When paid plans are introduced, we'll publish their prices and give existing workspaces notice before anything changes for them. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

Availability

We work to keep EarnPlayMax reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every scheduled post will publish — for example, if a platform is unavailable or rejects a post. When publishing fails, we'll tell your team so you can act.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, EarnPlayMax isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which during free early access is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let account owners know before the changes take effect. Questions? Contact us.
